GENERAL INFORMATION

The Wilson School District offers, to residents of the Wilson School District, sports camps/clinics designed to give students the opportunity to improve skills, enhance techniques and enjoy their sport or activity. Wilson coaches staff the camps along with Wilson athletes and sometimes special guest staff.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

All individuals enrolled are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the Wilson School District.  Any violation of these rules will result in dismissal from the camp/clinic without a refund.

CAMP TEE SHIRTS (only certain camps/clinics)

A tee shirt may be given to each camper as part of the camp fee in certain camps and clinics.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to and from the camp/clinic is a family responsibility.

CAMP SIZES

Each camp has a size limit (min/max).
Registration for all camps is first come – first serve.
Please be advised, if you register a child for a camp after it has been filled you will be notified and your child will be placed on a waiting list.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • ONLINE via eFunds closes 2 weeks before camp unless noted otherwise
  • CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS should be payable to: WILSON SCHOOL DISTRICT 
  • Please DO NOT combine payments for different camps in one check!
  • Checks/Money Orders should be mailed to:

CAMPER CANCELLATION:

You will be notified if a camp/clinic has reached capacity. It’s imperative that you complete the form in its entirety so we have the proper information to contact you. Please notify us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we may give those who may be on a waiting list a chance to attend.

**Please remember that without payment, a spot will not be saved for the camper. Should the camp be cancelled due to COVID-19 or circumstances beyond one’s control, a full refund may be issued.  Should a participant choose to cancel the registration prior to the camp, a refund minus a $25 processing fee may be charged.  If a participant does not show up for a camp, only 50% of the camp fee could be refunded.  Please check your schedules carefully!**

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CAMP unless noted otherwise!  REGISTRATIONS WILL BE REMOVED FOR THOSE THAT HAVE NOT PAID 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
