Registration for the 2024-25 School Year will open on May 15, 2024.

Applications received after 8/16/2024 cannot be guaranteed enrollment for the first day of school.

Online Registration Portal is now LIVE!

STEP 1:  Gather all REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (Scroll down to see complete list)

STEP 2 (New Families to WSD):  Navigate to the following link to create your Temporary Registration Username/Password*

www.wilsonsd.org/enroll

*This step is only required for new families to Wilson SD!

STEP 3 (New Families to WSD):  Log into the Skyward New Student Registration Portal using the temporary Username/Password that you receive by email.

STEP 3 (Families with current WSD Students):  Log into Skyward Family Access and Click on the link in the left column for “New Student Enrollment.“

STEP 4:  Complete and SUBMIT the online registration application.  At this time, you can upload scanned copies of the required documentation (i.e. Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency (2), Photo ID, Vaccination Record, etc.)  Scroll down for the complete list.

STEP 5:  Once your online application has been completed we’ll review the application, verify your required documents, and contact you by phone or email with questions about any outstanding information.

Note: Families of newly enrolled students may be contacted by a representative of the PA Department of Education to determine eligibility for services under the PA Migrant Education Program (PA-MEP). The PA-MEP is a federally funded program that supplements educational support services for migratory children. For more information please contact:

Required Documents for Enrollment

(Please be aware that ANY delay in providing required documentation can be a delay in registration.)

At the time of your registration appointment you will need to bring these items with you:

  1. Proof of Age – The following document is required:
    • Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certification
  2. Immunizations – One (1) of the following documents required:
    • Immunization Records
    • Written statement by a physician stating that the physical condition of the child warrants a medical exemption from inoculations.
    • A written statement signed by parent/guardian that the child’s religious denomination opposes tests and inoculations.

  1. Proof of Residency – Three (3) of the following documents required:
    One (1) document from Category A and two (2) documents from Category B.

    Category A – One (1) required

    • Property Deed (including any signed/notarized pages)
    • Current Mortgage Statement or Property Tax Bill
    • Current Lease Agreement (including any signature pages)
    • Please call with any special circumstances

    Category B – Two (2) required

    • Current Bill or Receipt with Address (Example: Wal-Mart, Amazon, etc.)
    • Current Utility Bill (Example: Electric, Cable, Gas, etc.)
    • Current Insurance bill or statement
    • Recent Pay stub with Address
    • Car registration, or other government documents with visible address

    Parent/Guardian Documents- One (1)

    (Not a requirement for registration but encouraged)

    • Guardian Driver’s License
    • Guardian Photo ID

    Other if applies:

    • Custody Paperwork
    • Court Documentation

Change of Address Procedure

While we are not currently taking face-to-face appointments, families may submit required documentation by email to the Registration team at registration@wilsonsd.org.  Please indicate “COA/(Student Name) in the subject line of your message.

  • A Current Rental/Lease Agreement, Mortgage Agreement or Property Deed
  • 2 Current Proofs of Residency – as listed in Category B above.
  • Photo ID
