What is an "Instructional Coach"?

An instructional coach is someone whose responsibility is to bring evidence-based practices into classrooms by partnering with teachers and other school leaders. An instructional coach supports instructional practices that support student-centered learning wrapped up in the "4Cs" of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creation.
