FALL WATER POLO
The Fall is the Pennsylvania High School Water Polo Season which means there is a lot of water polo activities happening in the local community.
The Boys and Girls High School Squads start competing mid-August and run into early November with the Conference and State Championships. Lead by a knowledgeable coaching staff, the Wilson Bulldogs have had great success on the high school level boasting numerous State, Conference and Division Championship Teams for both genders.
In addition to our high school athletes, the Pennsylvania Scholastic Water Polo Association also runs the Pennsylvania Middle School League featuring the high school stars of tomorrow. The majority of the state's top high school teams offer feeder programs in order to develop the skills of their younger athletes. This great opportunity is available to athletes in the Wilson School District starting in September and concluding with a championship tournament prior to the end of the high school season (early November).
The following information is for the Fall 2015 Session which includes student-athletes entering 1st-8th grade in the 2015-16 school year:

We will offer 4 practices opportunities for our Middle School athletes and 2 practices per week for our youth development program. A MESSAGE FROM COACH L.
Good Evening! It was great to see the kids play again today and was nice to be playing local again. Although we are getting our fair share of bumps & bruises, we are also gaining strength and understanding of the sport. There is definite improvement and I hope that you can see it as well from the stands.
First of all, practice this Thursday, October 6th will now be CANCELLED due to the HS Water Polo games. We encourage all of our athletes to come out and support the HS team as they play Perkiomen Valley. Remember, all middle school water polo athletes will get in FREE.
Secondly, this coming weekend we will be hosting the league in game play again on Sunday, October 9th. I will get you the game times as soon as they are finalized. However, please be on the lookout for an email from Mr. Thomas regarding volunteers for the Bulldog Cafe. Your efforts are appreciated by the entire water polo program. Thank you in advance.
Lastly, for the games scheduled October 16th at Cumberland Valley, we will ONLY be sending the RED boys and RED girls teams. I will be out of town and we will not have enough players for either of the white teams that weekend. If your child is a player on the RED team and will not be able to play away at CV on the 16th, I need to know NOW.
